Flaircote®is a proprietary, state-of-the-art paint technology that is used to fabricate backpainted colored glass. For over 10 years, we have offered backpainted glass by using the latest in formulations and processes to ensure longevity of the finished product. This system allows us to closely match virtually any color with a paint chip or color swatch. We can get an exact match on any Pantone or RAL color with only the color code provided. The custom mixed color is applied to the back of the glass in a controlled and uniform thickness using a liquid formula.
We recommend the use of Ultra Clear glass to achieve color clarity. This is especially important in painting whites and pastel colors so that the tint of the glass does not affect the overall color of the finished product. We do not guarantee any color other than black when using standard clear glass instead of the recommended Ultra Clear.
